“I’m very grateful for FC lab. If it wasn’t for this lab, I would not be pregnant today. Their work helped diagnosed why I was infertile, and I’ll forever be grateful for them. I also had an incident that received a bill that after being told my insurance was going to cover the lab work and it did not. FC lab notified me my insurance was not going to cover the bill, and discounted almost half the bill, which was thousands, making me even more grateful for this lab! They make life easier. “My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”

“I've had issues in the past with Northwestern in general but this is the 3rd time at the Blanchard Rd location and I have been highly satisfied. Today, Dr. Andrea, Pam (patient tech) and Hailey (X-ray tech) were so wonderful. I did do the survey but it did not allow me to mention Pam and Hailey, who most definitely deserve a shout out. They were so friendly, thoughtful and compassionate. They went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend this site to others. Great job!”
