“My granddaughter and I got to share a delightful experience, painting and interacting with the macaw who visited the studio. We also got to observe and learn about other birds from the naturalist who adopted them all. Everything was so well planned and ran smoothly. Lynn, the painting instructor, was very patient and encouraging. The studio was bright, colorful, and comfortable. The owner was present and often involved. Everyone went out of their way to make it a great experience.”

“Had a great time at the {Em}Power Tools 101: Bench Planter workshop on June 4. We learned the proper way to use power tools and applied our knowledge to create our own cedar planter that looks like a bench. Everyone's bench turned out beautifully - thanks to the help of our leaders Massiel and Aimee. Mine is now beautifying my front porch!

“If you need to get out the house and work elsewhere this is the place to go!! Their drinks are strong and tasty and they have seasonal drinks as well! What I was surprised about was that they also have a cocktail menu, because it's 5'o'clock somewhere right?! My son really liked their frozen hot chocolate and wants to go back for more! It's just a nice industrial space that anyone would like to hang out at!!”
“I haven't visited this park in over five years. We hiked for two hours. My friend Andrea led the hike. It was very peaceful and clean. They even have a black- owned smoothie bar at the entrance of the stairs. I will definitely visit again.”

“We had my dad's celebration of life at this remodeled Post. Everyone who operates this place was a pleasure. Shout out to Bruce & Ophelia! I highly recommend this place for an event. The hall was very clean with a full bar inside. Also, they support our veterans. I wouldn't hesitate to have another event here!”
“I was there for the New Balance tournaments. The seating was very limited. Courts are close which can cause confusion with the whistle. The facility is nice and in a secluded area.”
“My family and I have been going to Wednesday night dinners for nearly 3 years now; my father is a Vietnam vet and also a member at Post 2164. They have dinner specials Tues thru Friday. Every food item I've tried has been excellent; cooked/made to order so it's always fresh. The atmosphere is personable, friendly, casual and fun. They have live acoustic musicians every Wednesday (not sure of other nights) who are phenomenal. The staff is all volunteer- so I always tip well because they're all great! It's a relaxed family atmosphere and facilities (bar, bar dining, video gaming, main hall, and washrooms) are always clean and comfortable. Even if you've never been, by the end of your visit I bet you'll have at least one or two new acquaintances who would inevitably you'd become friends with; staff and customers are so personable it's easy to strike up conversation. The main hall can also be rented out for parties/celebrations, etc. Wednesdays are also classic cars night where people can bring their vintage, classic, made from scratch, or hot rods to show. It's just a great place with excellent people and good food at reasonable prices and a fully stocked bar. If you've never been you should give it a try!!”
“Very cool preserve.
The trail provides good views of the lake and starts off as a pretty typical trail, until you reach a grass field with the Peabody Estate in view. You're then free to walk the grounds of the estate and the nearby chapel.
The grounds, estate, and chapel are beautiful and the area is quiet and serene.”
“Sokol is so cool. I was a member of Sokol Tabor when I was a kid. My mother in law has always been in Sokol her whole life. My kids will be entering tumbling tots come registration period. It's a family fitness gym, activities include: competetive volleyball, gymnastics, calisthenics, dance and more. I camped at Sokol camp as a youth in upstate New York. You make life long friends, memories and connections through this amazing orginization. Czech it out ;)”

There’s no other hall like this place. I highly recommend this place the atmosphere the vibes the decor there is no match for a unique experience like this. “I have to say best experience ever . We celebrated my mother’s bday . We brought our own food which was a plus. This place is new , perfect size ! Bathrooms were clean , everything was very clean . Owners were always responsive and attentive . Everyone had a great time , party was a success.

“A perfect place for a birthday party! It's very light and airy and the space is immaculate! We had my granddaughter's birthday party there yesterday and we could not be happier!! The area where the children play is very visible so parents can relax and enjoy themselves and the toys are very high quality. The owner Nina was fantastic and even helped my daughter set up for the party! She went above and beyond in every way. If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I certainly would not hesitate to do so!”

“I recently got another opportunity to visit the art museum with some guests who were from out of town.
I’ve always been impressed by the Design in layout of this museum local museum.
The art installations were good and great customer service.
The most fun we had was visiting the Mies designed house adjoining the museum which is also an exhibit.
Instead of putting art installation of others, I recommend them restoring the house and returning all the Meis’s designed furniture inside- similar to the house in Plano, Illinois.”

“My wedding was at Crystal Grand, and it was the most beautiful day I could have ever imagined.
From the planning stages to it all coming together, the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming to all of our guests and family. They worked very hard all evening to make sure everything was organized for our 185 guest list. We even had another wedding party next to us and you would have never known they were there because they did such a great job of blocking sound and making each room feel like they were the only ones there. On that same note, having two events at the same time was not an issue because the parking lot was big enough! Huge plus!
The food was delicious and came out family-style in appropriate timing between each course. The staff was perfectly prepared for our people, and did an excellent job.
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.”
