“Huge shoutout to Kaleb and Bruno They went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct information, walked me through different options, and gave me some great recommendations instead of just trying to make a sale. I actually travel from Indiana to come here, and after dealing with Kaleb and Bruno, I can honestly say they’re worth the trip. They were knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and made the whole experience so much easier. You guys are truly lifesavers, and I’ll definitely be recommending Bill Smith Auto Parts to my friends and family. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you again, Kaleb and Bruno! You guys are the real deal.”

“Brad was great to work with and took care of the issue we found with the van when we went to test drive it. I left a 4 star review instead of the 5 because I felt the van should have been ready and someone should have heard the noise it was making prior to me driving an hour only having to return. Brad made sure the issue was handled and we ended up making the deal.”

“Courteous, knowledgeable, asked what was wrong with my vehicle before he towed it. Determined a jump might be all it needed which proved correct. Appreciate his taking his time and not taking advantage of my situation for $80 in his pocket.”

“My cousin and I were on a roadtrip traveling through Danville when the computer system on her car's dashboard went out. We couldn't figure out what was wrong and were totally at a loss. We called O'Reilly's because they were close to where we were and they were one of the only places open at the time. We spoke with Jeff and he said he could definitely check it out to try and figure out if it was a blown fuse or whatever. After we arrived, he was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to get us fixed up so we could finish our trip back home. Jeff's customer service was 10/10 and we greatly appreciated him and his willingness to help us. Thank you, Jeff!!!!”

“Now is a hard time to find a new vehicle for a fair price. Covid still has been affecting supply and the average dealer seems to have under 10 new vehicles on there lots. Called around trying to get prices and this was one of the few that would talk price over the phone. Also the only one that was close to MSRP on their prices. Went here and the dealership was clean and all sales people were friendly. Our salesman Joe was knowledgeable, didn't pressure us, quick to help, and gave us a deal that I feel is fair for us and the dealership during a new vehicle shortage. By giving me a fair deal this dealership has earned my business for years to come. Ask for Joe.”

“They answer the phone and do everything they can to help. FANTASTIC! Napa, Advance and Orielly wouldn't take my money without a natl account or didn't even answer the phone! Update 4/4/2024 They helped us out AGAIN! If you can go to them instead of the chains I would do this every TIME! So customer service oriented. It would a huge loss to the area to not support them! Thank you so much!”

“I have been getting my vehicle and my son's serviced and repaired here for 2 years. They are honest and upfront about what you need. They don't try to upsell you things you dont need. Their labor rate is very reasonable, especially for an A.S.E. certified tech. Generally the turnaround time is very quick also. I highly recommend this shop for both mechanical or collision repairs!Services: Painting”

“I have to unfortunately admit I have had to take every single car I’ve owned here for Keith to fix. I’ve never been disappointed. Over the past 17 years he’s gone above and beyond to make sure my car looks brand new in a timely manner. Their customer service is always top notch and it’s a bonus that they detail my car once it’s all done. I highly recommend this place.”
