I felt very welcomed and comfortable being there. They also gave me helpful information about other resources that they offer in their building next door. Not having medical insurance at the moment and my husband being the only one working right now, Waterleaf was both a blessing and an answered prayer! I’m so grateful for the work all the women at Waterleaf do and for all the service they provide to other women in need. “Highly reccomend Dr Naseeruddin for any vein concerns or procedures! He is very kind, highly intelligent, and very informative. I had vein procedures done in both of my legs, and he was very attentive, and answered all of my questions with care and compassion. He did research to make sure I was fully informed about what was happening and he explained it to me in a way I could understand instead of using medical vocabulary I may not be familiar with. During the procedures he kept me informed about what was happening the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and warning me about what I may or may not feel during the process of injections. He has such a kind way of communicating with all of his patients, and I would go back to him with any future vein problems I may have!”
“Been going to the original location since 2015, love the new location and as always the staff was SUPER kind and friendly. This is a great way to make extra money. The taste testings are great for quick same day cash. And the larger studies pay very well for little work. You are paid with a cash card that can easily be loaded into Amazon or Venmo.”

“We hired a contractor for Asbestos abatement, we wanted to get the work certified. Absolutely amazing service, Brian was very personable and explained each area he was testing and why. Very happy with the service, hopefully we wont have to deal with Asbestos again, however if i did i would go right back to these guys with my business”

“All my life, when I go for a blood test or intravenous injection, I suffer from not finding the required vein... only to have the nurse or nurse start injecting me with the needle in more than one attempt.

“My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”

“I've had issues in the past with Northwestern in general but this is the 3rd time at the Blanchard Rd location and I have been highly satisfied. Today, Dr. Andrea, Pam (patient tech) and Hailey (X-ray tech) were so wonderful. I did do the survey but it did not allow me to mention Pam and Hailey, who most definitely deserve a shout out. They were so friendly, thoughtful and compassionate. They went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend this site to others. Great job!”
