“One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. These guys are the best! I purchased a fireplace insert from H&H and initially had issues with its operation, (it was a new design) Ed felt they were important enough to put me in touch with the manufacturer. Who listened and actually modified the design for their inserts going forward. They retrofitted my unit and it made such a huge difference.
None of that would have happened if Ed hadn’t taken the time to make sure that the customer was happy. I can’t endorse them enough.”

“We purchased a sectional leather couch from Leather Creations in Deerfield 14 years ago. We decided to replace the cushions since the cushions had lost some of its firmness. We brought in one of my cushion casings to have Wade demonstrate how to replace the cushion. Wade couldn't believe that we have never treated our leather and how new it still looked. Wade is a wonderful asset to have on staff and extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We have referred several friends to Leather Creations and will continue to refer people to them going forward.”

“Fantastic service. We purchased some stools from here for an out of state location. They got them shipped from the manufacturer to said location. And when there was an imperfection on one of the vinyl seats, they assisted me with getting a free replacement and instructing me on how to do assembly.

“I saw a lot of negative reviews here but they were very different than our experience. We bought two items off the floor and felt we got fair prices. They were more than happy to negotiate to a fair deal that competed well with market pricing. One of the items, a ceiling fan, they had in stock. They sold us the extended downrod and the slope modifier kit because we were putting the fan on a slope, which the owner noticed and helped us get all the right pieces. We also bought a wall switch for the fan. Our foyer and great room are all set!”
