“Everyday low prices on fine men's suits! Terrific service to help you pick the perfect one, and there's even an in-house tailor to alter your new suit for the perfect fit. AFTA visits regularly to do shaatnez checking for those religious customers who need it; ask your salesperson for details and costs. They also sell ties, shirts, socks and other accessories to go with the suits. They have a rack of shirts that are laundered regularly so you can try shirts on to find your best fit and get a feel for what a shirt will feel and look like after it's been washed a few times. This is the only place I go for dress clothes.”

“As a large man, I appreciate extra room in my sweatshirts. The tall sizes that Carhartt offers are great and super comfortable because I don’t have to worry about short sleeves.
The staff is courteous and very helpful in helping customers find the products that best suits your needs. There is a very large selection and they will even help you by ordering products you need that they don’t carry.”

“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. “I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”
“I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
