I accidentally overdrafted a card on a non-refundable item and was going to get a large bank fee and he was so kind and tried his best to remedy the situation by offering multiple solutions instead of just sending me on my way. He was extremely helpful and positive throughout the entire interaction and didn’t get agitated or frustrated once even though I was clearly stressed out
I rarely write reviews but he did more than was necessary given the situation
