“Don’t understand all the bad reviews. We signed a 15 month lease and never had any problems with the complex. The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance was always quick. Neighbors were all quiet and polite. I really wish I could give this place MORE than 5 stars because they were such rockstars while we lived here. I will say the only dowside in my opinion was that parking could be a little competitive on my side of the complex by 75th st.”

The building is beautiful, modern, and always well maintained, but what really makes it stand out is the amazing team here. Isabel is so kind and professional — she truly cares about the residents and always makes sure things are running smoothly.

Althia is always warm and welcoming, and she’s quick to help with anything you need. She makes every interaction easy and pleasant, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.

Juan and his team are incredible — they’re super responsive, always fix things right away, and keep the building in excellent condition.

After nearly two years, I can honestly say Eleven33 feels like home. The people here really go above and beyond, and it shows every single day.”

“This building is safe, clean, separated from town within a highway corridor (really should be Avant Across The Highway Between the Arboretum), and corporate. About the corporate part: My rent jumped up 10 percent first year in, likely due to a RealPage AI algorithm the feds are currently prosecuting against as I type. This rent increase came in an automated email. I denied the offer, which gave me two weeks to decide before the price went even higher. This caused a human from the office to contact me for the first time ever in a timely manner. All my other emails went unanswered here, which is a whole other topic I'm not going to get in to. I think the office staff and janitors are good people, caught up in the same corporate system. For issues that concerned me, office staff said they would "go to bat for me," as if they can only help so much. At the end of the day, though, I chose it, and this is not a complaint but an observation. Still, I do wish I dug a little deeper and explored other options in the area more integrated with the town, where the landlord looks you in your eye, as well as your line on his spreadsheet.”

“we didnt end up leasing but Jennifer L was amazing to work with. The minute we walked in the door, she got up with a smile on her face to greet us, shake our hand, and introduce herself and her associate who was in training. We had seen five other places before and after and she was by far THE most professional, outstanding leasing consultant that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with. We were so sad the unit did not fit our needs because we were so impressed with everything else. It is so rare post covid/pandemic to find people like Jennifer L with the energy, professionalism, and a genuine human touch that she possesses.”

He recently fixed my garbage disposal, and as always, he didn’t just fix it quickly, he also shared helpful tips and his knowledge.”

I cannot say enough positives about this community and its staff!! If you are looking for a great community to have a one of kind experience this would be the community for you! Modern units, great common area, beautiful dog park, awesome pool and a gym with all the equipment you'll need!!”

“This is an updated review. Our family has lived here since 2023. It’s a great location near restaurants, boutiques, Trader Joe’s and an awesome movie theater. The building has a lot of nice amenities, and the community spaces are really great. This past summer we hosted an important family event in the party room (which has a lovely rooftop deck). It was absolutely perfect. We will always treasure the memories created that day in that space.

Aside from all the physical things the building has going for it, the staff is amazing. Ghadeer did all of the holiday decorations this year, and it’s truly spectacular. She is likely the first person you meet when you tour the building. She has an impressive ability to remember names and is creative and insightful. Alan and Johnny do the majority of repairs and they are always very prompt and friendly. You’ll often encounter them on their rounds and you’re always greeted with a genuinely-friendly conversation in the elevator. Leslie is the GM and you can tell she takes pride in making sure that living here is a pleasure for all residents. She hosts monthly events so residents can mingle. It creates a neighborly environment and builds community. She does the difficult and thankless things that keep things running smoothly. She deserves thanks for that.

If you’re looking for a great place to live, definitely check it out. Location, amenities, staff—all boxes are checked!”

“Extremely satisfied with our stay here. Everything about the place from the location, amenities, apartment quality, cleanliness of the property, office staff and maintenance staff are top-notch. We had a very good experience from the start while securing the apartment with the help of Thania, Ana and Santiago, and that positive experience continued for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment community if looking for a decent, affordable and memorable place to stay in the Oak Park area!”

“We moved to The Retreat at Seven Bridges site unseen. Elyse and Beth were wonderful! Elyse took a video of the apartment for us, so we could see it better. Once we got here we were so happy with our apartment! We knew we made the right choice. We had a couple of repairs, and maintenance was there the same day! We are very happy to call this home!”

“I have stood at this hotel a lot , they have 4 hour special if you want to just chill for a few . The price is not bad for over night. The area is safe don't have too worry about something bad happening. I also live in the area as a kid . The room have always been clean and no bed bugs any of the times I visited and yes I always check the beds anywhere I stay”

“Really enjoyed our 2 years living at the Emerson. Every part of the team was wonderful to work with. Maintenance was always there in a timely manner when there was a problem with the apartment. Jordan at the front desk was always on top of everything. The management was always there to help with any concerns we had. The apartment is in the perfect location with parks and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I moved to Iron Gates in May and must say that after a few minor complications with the lease everything else has been great. It’s very clean, quiet, and cozy. “My first impression as I drove into the Arbors of Glen Ellyn was how nicely and tastefully the property is kept—from the tall trees to the thoughtful landscaping. It felt warm and welcoming.

When I parked, I noticed the spaces were wider than most I’ve experienced. I appreciate having room to open the car door wide and get in and out easily, which already had me smiling as I walked into the office. Inside, I was greeted with smiles and friendly hellos from the staff. They are professional, patient, and personable—easy to talk with and ready to answer questions.

After touring the property with its many amenities and seeing the model apartment, I knew this was where I wanted to make my new home. I was given a checklist to note anything that might need attention. I found only a couple of minor things, and within days the maintenance team arrived and fixed the issues. They did excellent work and were a pleasure to chat with—like meeting new friends.

As I was emptying boxes and settling in, I noticed how quiet the neighborhood is. Out my windows are those tall trees, green lawns, and beautifully landscaped areas. I’m glad I chose the Arbors of Glen Ellyn for my new home, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community.”

“I love it here, I’ve been here for 36 months. I feel safe , treated with respect from Tamika and Denise. Now a few of the Maintenance staff that’s a different story but I have no doubt that Denise and Tamika will get that department straightened up but overall price is reasonable, they keep the public spaces clean and respond in a timely manner on maintenance issues. People always want to make negative reviews when they don’t get their way or when they do not want to follow rules, I’ll never understand that. Tamika is so sweet and kind ,even when she has to deliver bad news or even when people are not being respectful to her. She always respond so professional, calm and respectful. Thank you Denise and Tamika for making my home a comfortable place to live .”

“I've been living here since November. A lot of people have made nasty comments re the towing. It's actually VERY SIMPLE. If you're a RESIDENT park in the RESIDENT SLOTS. that doesn't mean you can park in the visitor slot. Tow companies do not look for a resident sticker when they check the VISITOR spots, they check for a VISITOR sticker! If you don't put a visitor sticker on your car even if you are a resident and you're parked in a visitor spot. You will get towed. I have not done that so I've never been towed, and I have just taken the loss and will sometimes walk 2 extra minutes since there is limited spots. Big deal. Read your contracts, because that is the SMART thing to do. And if you aren't sure ASK QUESTIONS before you act. It's sad people get so defensive and childish over such simple things. All in all I've had an easy experience living here at scenic trees. Amada is always nice and will help as soon as she can as she is in the office most of the time and has a lot on her plate. Don't be unreasonable people PLS. There's enough stuff to stress about.”
