“Great experience and worth the money to get the PCR test results on time for travel. I took my RT PCR test at 5 pm (on time, no waiting) and had the results emailed to me by 9:40 pm. The email had all details needed by India to travel/enter. Since I'm passing through UK I had to have PCR tests/results in 48 hours. With the surge, all common pharmacies were saying results could be 3 days later. You can't afford that risk for international travel. There was a parking lot with plenty of parking also. Highly Recommended.”

The receptionist Joni is extremely nice and helpful, especially when it comes to rebooking and scheduling. The wait time to see the doctor can sometimes be long but they go over everything to make sure you're good, so its worth it.”

I believe Gaila is the best that I have ever experienced. Gaila, You are number one! This Quest location is a smooth operation. I saw a staff member walk an older woman outside and down a curb safely. Both appointments took no longer than 10 minutes, and the clinic is very clean, staff is friendly. Daija was my phlebotomist and when i tell you her taking out my blood felt like i feather on me im not exaggerating. thank you to Odessa being great in the front desk too. I will be returning and recommending this lab to others”
“My tech was super sweet! She was very patient and gentle. As I sat in the lobby (not feeling the best) I could hear the two ladies working. I couldn’t help but smile because I could over hear them chatting and giggling as they worked. It was refreshing to hear them getting along and enjoying what they do. The one gal was telling the other “if you get to busy please let me know” now days it’s not easy finding sweet people that are good at the job, enjoy their jobs and care like these ladies do. “As a resident of the Chicago area, I've been wanting to have our home tap water tested for lead. Suburban Labs was one of several laboratories recommended by our city as being certified, or whatnot. After checking out several websites of the labs listed, I found that Suburban's website was the easiest to navigate and easiest from which to order a test kit. As of today, their home lead testing fee is fifty dollars. I may add a followup review after going through the testing process and receiving our results...”

“My doctor patiently listens and treats me as an individual. Appointments start on time. The team has also been responsive on MyChart.Blood draws for lab work have been painless. The techs are kind and efficient.I do find a 20-30 minute wait for labs. But given the location and obvious morning rush, I think it is to be expected.Lately I've been getting same day results for some tests. I'm always impressed when that happens.”
