“Suzy is a top notch dog groomer! I am very particular when it comes to who I choose to care for my pet and Suzy exceeds my expectations. She’s kind, gentle and caring which is my first priority, but, her grooming skills are exceptional. I’m always pleased with how my “pup” turns out, and, I always get asked about who grooms her. Additionally, Suzy discovered that my dog had a cracked tooth that needed prompt attention, and she put me in touch with a vet that specializes in veterinary dental care. She is THE BEST of THE BEST!”

“Hammie and I love this Pet Supplies Plus! We use the self-service dog wash almost weekly, and sometimes the grooming services too. The staff is absolutely amazing - everyone is always so excited to see Hammie, and they shower her with love, attention, and treats every time we visit. They truly make us feel at home. The prices are reasonable, there are always great sales, and the store regularly hosts fun events. It’s hands down the best pet store experience we’ve had, and the incredible staff is the reason we keep coming back.”

“The other day, my family and I walked into the store, woefully unprepared to get the cat of our dreams. We had never had a cat before, and this was our first time even thinking about what we would need to care and treat for our new family member. We were completely dumbfounded in the aisles upon aisles of cat items and it was painfully obvious. Thankfully, that was when an amazing worker came along to help us. What was shaping up to be a daunting task became easy thanks to her help. She knew exactly what toys, litter, etc. to buy for our soon-coming cat and made our lives ten times easier. If it weren't for her, we would probably still be in those aisles looking at the tens upon tens of litter options! After my experience here, I'm not sure I'm ever going to go to a different pet store again! This was some of the best customer service I have ever had in my life! “Highly recommend Ludwig’s if you have rabbits! It’s a great place to get hay and pellets. They are very reasonable priced. They have 25 pound bag of rabbit pellets which my rabbits love! The grass hay is great. Great quality. They even load it in your car. I’ve been to other feed stores and they are not as great as Ludwig’s.Friendly friendly staff!!”

“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”

I love that we can walk inside the mall with the dogs, even bring them into this store.
There are so many snacks to choose from to treat the wonderful pups at the end of a social day.”

“A huge thank you to Liza B. at PetSmart for taking such amazing care of our Siberian Husky, Leo! He was looking pretty rough after blowing his winter coat, but Liza worked absolute miracles. She took her time with him, was incredibly patient and thorough, and made sure all of that loose undercoat was removed.
We treated Leo to the Furminator Summer Special package, and it was worth every penny! He came home looking like a brand-new dog, so much lighter, incredibly soft, fluffy, fresh, and sparkling clean. As a bonus, he even got the cutest summer flamingo bandana and a fun flamingo toy, which made the experience even more special!
You can tell Liza genuinely loves the pets she grooms and takes great pride in her work. Huskies are no easy task, but she handled Leo with such care and expertise. We will absolutely be requesting Liza B. every time. If you’re looking for an exceptional groomer who truly goes above and beyond, she’s the one. Thank you for making our handsome boy look and feel his very best!

This failure to deliver an offered service (I did receive an email stating I could now get a visit summary) is on the edge of being so frustrating that I may decide to not use Vetco again, nor to recommend your services to others.”

“Placed an order online for pickup for a critical fishtank item which was needed right away. Other places in the area didn't have it in stock and I wondered if this Petco location had accurate, up to date stick information I could count on because it was getting late and if the pick-up was unsuccessful I would be in a real predicament.
As it went I received a message about 15 minutes later saying my order was ready, I headed over to the store and within two minutes if arriving I was walking out with my ordered item in hand which was ready to go right at the registers in the front of the store.
Needless to say I was appreciative of their website's inventory accuracy, the speed at which they processed my order and the ease of the pickup itself. A+ all the way around and they were friendly to boot.”
