“Every time I've been here the staff is super helpful. They are able to answer questions about different kinds of fish to make sure that your tank mates will get along well. The selection is really nice for a smaller store. They have lots of various pet foods and toys for all your pets.”
“Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Brooke is so gentle and caring with our reluctant dogs when doing their nail trim/grind. They carry a broad selection of food, treats, toys and gear. I like that it's a small store -- you can find things easily and never have to search for someone to help you.”

Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!”

“Very cute little shop, they have small selections but they are well organized and stocked. Everything from dogs and cats to fish and reptiles. The staff is incredibly helpful as well, if one associate doesn't known the answer they will ask someone who does. Chances are you I'll find what you need here. There is also a pet washing and grooming service here. I have not personally used it bit they seem to do a great job they were constantly busy for being a small shop. I recommend this place for sure!”

The pricing is ok, but they offset that by offering percentage coupons via their rewards program or the back of jewel receipts, and or online price matching.The place is always clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. This place really gives me the old school small neighborhood pet store vibe, while still being big enough to carry all your pet needs.”

“I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience.My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. She also failed to give my dog his free treats for his birthday. Very disappointing.”

“Picked up contacts next door and popped in here afterwards, and what a lovely surprise! This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!”

“I was skeptical bring my dog to Petco for grooming as she usually goes to a private groomer but due to the distance I didn't want to take the far drive.the reviews on yelp wasn't the best so it made me even more nervous, i looked at some google reviews and saw a groomer named Blue that many liked so I decided to give it a try. My golden doodle was really matted and I wanted to have her cut so that it would grow back nicely by the spring. Blue was very friendly and gentle with my fur baby. She kept me informed through the whole process. I knew she would need to be shaved but blue made the process better. I would definitely recommend her and my fur baby will be back to her for our next grooming.”
