“I bought a portable scoreboard in 2021 when there were serious supply chain issues. ScoreTronics worked hard to get their product to me as soon as possible.
The scoreboard worked perfectly until last week. I replaced the batteries twice but still had problems. I called the company and Ed helped me trouble shoot until we discovered I needed a new circuit board. He was so patient and it was obvious he knew his scoreboards inside and out.
I cannot say enough great things about ScoreTronics and Ed. They are focused on their customers and back up their products.”

Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need. Definitely recommend coming and take the exam so you know what's best for your feet even if you work retail.”

And then finally the perfect shoe for my feet was brought out tested with some walking outside which they allowed what a gem of a store I know why they have been in business for so long because they really do care. It’s been a year since my last purchase at Peak. I have had 3 iterations of the same shoes that I loved. I expected to just update to the latest version of the same shoes. Megan brought a pair of shoes out and the newest version was not comfortable.
I explained what I didn’t like about the newest sneaker. Megan found me two great alternatives. She then grabbed a laptop and walked me through all the color options to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

“When I was a kid I sometimes got dropped off at my aunt’s house in LaGrange, and my little cousin and I would skateboard here bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, dying to get a glimpse at some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards in the display case or buy a few packs or cards of our own. Yes Steven has that very dry sense of humor and droll attitude that some people might not like, but that’s PART of Steven’s experience! He’s never mean. We LOVED going and talking to him, sometimes he would get a little aggravated with us and we would turn to each other and giggle, and he would talk to us about the card game and help us understand things. If I could go back in time and relive those core memories I would without a second guess, times were much simpler when we skateboarded down the street to Steven’s. He also taught us a lot of invaluable lessons! One I still use to this day! (Read the fine print on eBay listings, they’ll send you an empty box if they can!)”
“I have to give a big thank you to TPS Team Gear and Nick Heiden! My husband ordered a hat. It never came. He called spoke with Nick. Nick hand delivered a new hat to us and left it on the porch… on Dec 23rd so we would have it for Christmas. A donation company came about 15 minutes later and took the hat along with the donation items. Upon hearing this, Nick sent another new hat. No one replaces things for free anymore especially when it isn’t their fault. Thanks TPS and Nick! Such great customer service = lasting customers! We’ll be ordering from you again soon!”

If you need your bowling balls drilled ask for Paul. He has been drilling my bowling balls for over 15 years. Paul will drill your dual-angle layout dependent on your PAP, speed, rev-rate, axis tilt and rotation. If you don’t know it, he can help with that too!”
“Highly recommend this Play it again sports for all your athletic and fitness equipment needs, their battling cages in the back, and custom apparel made! I have taken my kids in for volleyball knee pads, ice skates, soccer cleats, shin guards, etc, and weights for myself. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for.
As a business owner, I use their battling cage space in the back for mom and me classes. They are so welcoming and accommodating to me and our families.
Lastly, just used them to make custom hoodies for our members and they did a great job! They were reasonably priced, great quality, and were available quickly. This business, owner, and staff are great!”

I have used previously for cracked screen but today they replaced entire glass on back, sides and front of phone and picked up / delivered on time; it was such a smooth service.
