It was a full service packing and multi-day move with overnight storage, and they were professional, efficient, and hardworking throughout the entire process. They arrived on time for both the pickup in Chicago and the delivery out of state, communicated well, and took good care of my belongings. Moving overall is very stressful, but Rudy and his team made the process much easier. It was also super easy to work with Stephanie at the office to book and coordinate things. Of all quotes I looked at, they were among the most reasonable and transparent. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers in Chicago or for a long-distance move.”

“I’m a college student, and this was my first time using any storage facility, I went with the CubeSmart at 3526 Oakton St, and they genuinely made the entire process smooth during a very chaotic week for me.
Move‑in was simple: the leasing/payment process took seconds, they walked me through every step, and they made sure I knew how to access, open, close, and properly lock my unit. They also have carts available, which made moving a ton of boxes way easier. The staff gave helpful packing tips and answered every question without making me feel rushed.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The front‑office team is kind, patient, and honestly just good people. When I came back the next day, stressed, overheated, and overwhelmed, they immediately noticed and stepped in to help. They offered water, helped me manage my items, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. That level of care is rare.
Whether you’re a student or someone using storage for the first time, this location creates a genuinely supportive environment. I felt safe, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend.”
