“The mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles.

“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.

This visit, I brought my new car- 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan, only 8 weeks old. It had a door ding that chipped down to the metal. Jerry had me come in the very next day after I called- I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I even got a little bottle of paint in case I ever want to try to do touch ups in the future. “We dropped off our Dodge Grand Caravan on 1/26/2026 for a front bumper collision repair. JP handled the communication, and we picked up the car on 3/6/2026. Everything seemed fine at first, but the next day we found the hood wouldn’t open when trying to replace the battery. A technician told us to take it back to the body shop. While we understand mistakes happen, it’s disappointing after such a long repair time and inconvenient to arrange another drop-off and pickup. If the issue is fixed promptly, we will update our review.
