“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.

“The prices are usually pretty good especially when gas goes over $3 elsewhere, otherwise the difference isn't as big. Used to fill up here regularly but then did research about top tier gas. Sam's gas isn't TT so started going to Shell instead for better quality gas. Look for the Top Tier logo or visit their website to find nearest location.”
“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”

“I have been going to this gas station since it was "U-Save". However the current manager and staff are the best that has ever been! They are very welcoming and friendly! The store is always stocked and so CLEAN!!!! Love the Rmarts! However still refer to it U-Save?”

The husband and wife who run the store are always so friendly and welcoming, and they truly recognize and care about their returning customers. “Ah Costco -- land of free samples, groceries in bulk, and insanely cheap prices. We've been coming to Costco for years and have never been disappointed. In fact, every time we walk in, we're always excited to see what new, surprising deal we might happen upon. Whether it be electronics, food, gas, clothes, or household items, Costco is definitely the place to check first. And pretty soon, this won't be the only Costco in Naperville--the second one opens on August 19th! No wonder why it was decided to have a second one...there's just so much demand for their products! Great, friendly service all around the store too -- top-notch place!”
“This is my preferred neighborhood grocery store. Love the made to order guacamole, fresh juice bar, deli, ready to eat soup, bakery and meat counter. They will even cook your meat for you if that's what you prefer.”
“It’s cold outside (imagine that, in Chicago) get in my car and tire pressure is low on all 4 tires, exceptionally low on one. Costco took my car in right away and ended up finding a nail in one, they quickly fixed it, checked all of the tires and just aired those up and sent me on my way.
We really appreciate the service we always receive from Costco Tire, fair prices and convenient hours.”

“Friendly staff, wide selection, good spot to get a quick drink or bite. Highly recommend breakfast at Joe's Donuts. Getting in and out from the road can be a hassle if you're on the opposite side, however, so be mindful of that. Still worth the visit.”

Being greeted loudly and warmly the moment you step through the door makes you feel seen and respected. As a truck driver, that kind of respect is rare — and it truly matters. I’m honestly grateful this location opened and that drivers are treated like human beings here.

“Thornton’s is VERY MUCH SO one of the better gas stations I hit up. I'm 99.9% sure that is because it is meant to be a truck stop. Pumps work quick, place is clean, and the staff? ALWAYS FRIENDLY as heck. Whether it's one in the morning or six in the morning or four in the afternoon... Not to mention, their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are so dang good for something you grab on the go. Everything’s stocked, organized, and prices aren’t crazy. Whether I’m just filling up or grabbing a quick snack, it has always been a smooth stop so far. No complaints. Honestly, solid all around, IMO, of course!”
