“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism of the mechanic who helped me. Sadly, I am forgetting his name, but will be returning for future services. Thanks to this Good Samaritan.”

“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot.

Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. “I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.
