“If you are looking at buying any latex bedding product, you need to use this company because a.) they make top quality latex certified products; and b.) they have HANDS DOWN the best customer service I have ever encountered. They genuinely want you to be happy with your product, and they will go to GREAT lengths to ensure your satisfaction. You can tell a lot about a company when/if you have to reach out to them AFTER the purchase. I purchased a 2 inch (soft) latex topper from them. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and Maya in particular was very helpful to me. They worked with me and they will not give you a hard time if you need to exchange/return. I searched for months for latex bedding and I was torn on who to purchase from. I am so glad I decided to purchase from Sleep on Latex. Top quality customer service is paramount when you are making a big ticket purchase as is the case with bedding products. I cannot recommend Sleep on Latex enough! They are great, and I can assure you that I am SUPER PICKY about who I do business with -as I myself am a business owner. Go ahead and order from them, you will not be disappointed!”

“The sales man, Agustin Barbosa, was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise. Mr. Barbosa was not pushy or manipulative. He allowed me to guide my decisions. Mr. Barbosa was informative about the product I purchased, and stated a very helpful solution for one of the problems with frames. He was confident, calm, and had an excellent demeanor. Not pushing customers is important to me. And, Mr. Barbosa did not do any of that. I believe regardless of when you need a new bed, you should contact, American Mattress with Mr. Barbosa. “I called this location after placing a couple of calls to the corporated customer number to get my issue resolved and I was blessed beyond measure to speak with the store manager, Mandy. She is an absolute gem! She took the time to understand my issue and looked into the system to find replacement parts and SKU numbers for my older model Sleep Number bed. She even went so far as to start the order for the parts I need and helped me discover the Inner Circle rewards area online so I can earn points toward future purchases. Mandy went above and beyond in her customer service and she is just the nicest person. I really appreciated all of my interactions with her. I will be writing a letter to corporate to tell them how wonderful she is!”

The staff could not have been friendlier, more well-informed or responsive during a one hour visit. Lenore, our saleswoman, had many great ideas and facilitated the decision-making process with an eye for detail and quality.
