“This is the best UPS store in the area. Nicest people, and they tape and print your labels for free. Sounds like nothing, but I’ve never encountered a store that does this. Awesome!”

“I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in to ship an item I had sold, and Andrew was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He helped me find the best possible price box which I genuinely appreciated. He was also so personable and easy to talk to. We ended up having a great conversation about what I was selling, and he even took the time to look at some of the other things I was selling and offer some helpful insight. You can really tell that he cares about helping people and creating a welcoming experience. It was honestly such a refreshing experience, and I left feeling like I had found a business I would happily come back to. If you need shipping services, I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Andrew — he was fantastic!”

“I had originally planned to go through the Village of Glenview to have part of my signage costs covered, but after experiencing communication challenges with other local vendors, I decided to pay full price and give my business to Signarama Northbrook instead — and I’m so glad I did. DJ was amazing from start to finish. His follow-up, communication, professionalism, and clear pricing made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that truly values customer service the way they do. I highly recommend Signarama Northbrook and will absolutely continue using them for my business signage and marketing needs moving forward.”

“I would get this place a 100/10. I called to ask for a price estimate before going, And the person who picked up the phone Was kind and patient enough to stop whatever he was Doing, Listen to all the Sizes of the posters I have to print, And give me a price. I wouldn’t think it twice before coming here again. The team was professional and caring about the design, asked questions before printing and were kind enough to make suggestions. They have bathroom for customers and fair prices! I called other spots to compare prices before landing here. Chat GPT recommended this spot based on my specifications: I printed 12x17 posters to decorate my room”

He had a proof ready for me in a few hours and once I gave him the okay to ink it, the job was ready for pickup in about an hour. Sam and PRINT-Xpress should be your go-to printer for fine work and Xpress delivery.”

“Overall I think they do good work, but there were a couple hiccups. I was told, by Jasmine, that the shirts run small,.very small, so I should size up by two sizes. I got an XL instead of a Med, and the shirt is definitely an XL. Not small at all. So my shirt is two sizes too big. The printing is fine. It looks good. But the artists were kind of lazy with their ideas. I had to go back and forth with them a few times They couldn't grasp my concept for my shirt. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my shirt. From the point I paid for my order, it took them 9 days to send me their first draft. But, they definitely shipped it to me quickly in time for a party I had. So overall 4 stars. I would use them again. But definitely go about things differently. I was happy they were able to.do one shirt, as every other place I called required a bulk order minimum.”
