He helped me find the best possible price box which I genuinely appreciated. He was also so personable and easy to talk to. We ended up having a great conversation about what I was selling, and he even took the time to look at some of the other things I was selling and offer some helpful insight. You can really tell that he cares about helping people and creating a welcoming experience. It was honestly such a refreshing experience, and I left feeling like I had found a business I would happily come back to. I had a very short window of time to get a very important funeral booklet printed, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into something so much better because of the wonderful employee who helped me. When the first sample was printed, the pages were completely out of order and the booklet needed to be reformatted. It was a complicated task, and I honestly wasn’t sure we would be able to get it right in time. Kathy went above and beyond to guide me through the reformatting process. “What an amazing place! I had an expensive pair of eyeglasses (damaged, actually, by the store that I bought them at when they ham-handedly tried to fix them) that I brought in for repair. The Eyeglass Shop sent them to a jeweler for repair, when none of the other couple of places I took them to said that they were fixable. The jeweler sent them back to the Eyeglass Shop, unable to fix them. But the Eyeglass Shop proprietor didn't give up! He sent them to another jeweler with literally laser-precise tools, which fixed them, saving me $$$. He did all of this, even while other eyeglass repair shops just immediately gave up. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow, thought it had died out.”

“I need the cardboard file boxes which were on sale. I went into the store and the nightmare began. The have blocked off isles so you have to walk through little mazes. The clerk who helped me walked away from me half way through getting my order complete. I'm on a walker and it's a tough store to shop at. They have the entrance door locked so you have to walk again through a little maze to get out. I'm not sure I could shop here again. Now the good point of the store is they have a lot of variety, but sine they don't have an Electric cart I will never see everything they have to offer . And they have a lot of ads they don't explain which product is the correct one on sale. I saw two separate buyers have problems getting the sale product. Do you have to decide whether you would go in the store to shop or Just go online.”
