“My son needed work done on his car after someone hit him. The guys at Luigi's were AMAZING to him! They helped him through the process and gave him very fair pricing, not taking advantage of the fact that he's a young adult. I drove my son to pick up the car after the work was finished, and they were so incredibly friendly and very proud of their work, which was perfect. Hopefully we won't need body work done on any more vehicles, but if we do, we will be back! Highly recommended!”

“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”
“Incredible service here! About a month and a half ago my Highlander wouldn’t start a couple weeks after I had warranty work done on it. I contacted Toyota Roadside to tow the vehicle to the dealership and while it was getting loaded on the tow it fell and smacked right into the tree in front of my house. I live within the vicinity and go past Armando’s everyday so I worked with my insurance to have it towed the right way to Armando’s. I received frequent updates from Tom. I have 3 kids so I know my car was a hot mess, but when I picked it up it felt brand new. They vacuumed it & cleaned the seats that I know were very dirty from my son (rear-facing) kicking the seats with his messy shoes. They even left me some touch up paint, and window cleaner. I would highly recommend them!”

“Took my friend to get a brand new 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid as not many dealers had it and my usual dealer did not have any currently and needed to wait. This dealership and especially our salesperson, Zach, are amazing, straightforward, and honest. “Keno's Collisiontek provides honest, communicative and affordable service. I have had several good experiences with them, and recently was looking for a used car. We brought in a car for them to look at, and they advised us that it would need a $500 repair to keep it running and it wasn't worth half as much as the list price. If Keno Collisiontek's fees for looking over a car weren't so reasonable, we probably would have bought that car and been out several thousand dollars in a short time. They offered advice on where to look for a better price and we decided on another car through a private dealer and brought it in for them to look at. We ended up saving close to $1000 on our used car and getting a more reliable car with their help. Everyone there from the mechanics to the man and woman behind the counter was polite and easy to talk to. They always answer my questions about repairs in a way that I (who has no knowledge of car mechanics) can understand and they never seem annoyed, even when I have a lot of questions. The service exceeds my expectations in every way.”

“It took them about 3 weeks. But it was worth the wait. The car looked brand new again (i have a 2023 that was backed into) and they even cleaned the inside very well, im a smoker and couldnt even smell smoke in the car when i got it back. Very happy with this place and the people”

The dealership suggested a place in Lake Bluff that was WAY overpriced and wouldn't even take my car for three months! Not only was Rick able to take care immediately, but he could also source the parts needed for the car quickly.
