“Excellent staff. Knowledgable, Nice, polite & helpful. Work well as a team. Nice environment. Attentive vets. Clean environment. Make record transfers easy. Recently switched to an easy capsule medication for my dog from a sticky, more expensive, and hard to dispense oil syrup. Saves me $14 per month & much easier for 1 person to administer! Only wish they had told me of this alternative from the start.”
“The doctors are excellent, though my only interactions with the surgeon was having my two cats put down. Dr Kelley always explained things and looked for alternatives. My cat was very nervous coming in but would calm down with Dr. Kelley. That said, the staff is impersonal and at times make it feel like caring for a pet interrupts their day. Didn't even get my cat's name right when they put her down and didn't give me anything to remember her by (like paw prints).”

“While in Illinois for a month and a half, we wanted to get our dogs vaccinated against Lyme disease. We had two amazing experience here (the initial vaccination and the booster appointment). Everyone on the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their patience and gentleness with our nervous dogs as well as their transparency regarding pricing.”

“I am so grateful that I found one of the best adult cats here at the Kenosha location. I do recommend going here, but just want to mention a few things. I brought my cat home and he kept sneezing. Then draining from the eye. I was trying to let it run it's course, but when I heard him wheezing I knew he needed to go to the vet. He already had an appointment, but they scheduled too far out so I found a new vet. He had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He needed eye ointment and 4 weeks of antibiotics. After spending over $500 in vet bills he is better. What makes me mad is that it was not emphasized that you get free pet insurance for 30 days, but have to activate it. The information is in the back of the folder. I just didn't see it until it was too late. Hope this saves someone else money. Otherwise, I do recommend going here. Just activate your pet insurance and set up a vet appointment.”
