“You will not find a more competent car repair man than Jim. Anywhere. Expert diagnostician, expert repair and HONEST. Next time you go to a chain and they recommend certain repairs, take it to Jim first. He's let you know if you actually need the repairs the chain recommended, and if you do, he'll do it cheaper and better. He'll also let you know if you don't need repairs the chain recommended, or if there is a different problem. Trust me, this guy is the best auto mechanic this side of the Mississippi, no, probably in the whole country.”
“The woman employee is super nice, friendly and has great customer service! PLEASE CONTINUE TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF with her kind of service. She acknowledged me when I walked in, she asked if there was anything else I needed and also made sure to say have a great day. It really didnt take much but made such a big difference compared to my previous encounters.
My last encounter was with a young gentleman and he looked like he was forced to be there.
I live local and only come to this gas station in an emergency or last minute stop due to the encounters ive had but this last one with the woman employee made me leave the positive review.
