“I decided to try speaking with a few fiduciary financial advisers recently. Last up was Nicky Amore from Falcon. Her approach is smart, as it entails a series of appointments (at no cost to the client), during which you become familiar with her and her style, which is calm and very informative. She actually teaches financial courses, so this is basically second nature to her.
I've still not decided if I'm going to sign up with any financial advisers, as some of the best advice I've gotten to date is for me to educate and inform myself much more thoroughly. But once I'm educated, if I want someone to overlook my finances--and chances are that I will--I believe I'll be calling Nicky Amore.”

“My five stars are for the Mount Prospect branch. But I will be comparing this branch to the Des Plaines branch. The Des Plaines branch, I would maybe give one star to it.I much prefer the MP branch over the DP branch. MP branch makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. It does not have a cold feeling, like DP’a branch.Teller’s are polite, professional, and quick. Unlike the DP branch, tellers talk way too much to the ppint where it orders uncomfortable. I am the kind of person that wants to go into the bank. Do what I need to do and leave. And at Mount Prospect branch I can do that however at the Des Plaines branch there’s one teller who just talks and talks and talks, and even when you make the hints that you are ready to go, you’re there for an extra 10 minutes after you did your banking business.”

Ita Reilly is very customer focused and has put in the extra effort and taken the time to explain in detail every question I posed, as well as providing helpful information navigating the bank's processes and procedures.
