“WR Pharmacy called me. What I've learned from the past is that they work hard to get insurance to cover RXs. Presently, I have an RX needing to be renewed and I'm in-between physicians. They are going to reach out and see if the new physician will renew for me. Previous physician left town. I appreciate their attempt.

They were successful. New physician office called me with the news. It's great how they take the time and communicate for me. I don't need to argue with insurance or physician. One professional talking to another. ? Thanks”

“Edit: I wrote this review when I was feeling panicky and stressed the day of a massive (to me) surgery. My biggest worry for this surgery was that I would not be able to get and keep my pain under control, and not being able to fill a prescription was sending me over the edge. Nobody was able to fill this prescription that night, and it wasn’t CVS’s fault.
I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over a decade. I have very rarely ever had a prescription pain medication filled because I don’t use them. I even TURNED DOWN a prescription pain medication two weeks ago when I broke my ankle. I had SURGERY on this ankle today, and they are now refusing to fill my prescription pain medication. My pain block from the surgery is wearing off, my surgeon’s office is closed, and I’m in real trouble. I will NEVER fill another prescription here EVER again. See photo below for my foot, which is attached to my ankle, that clearly doesn’t need pain meds. (Photo removed by me)”
