“There was a cost discrepancy on my receipt regarding the final cost of the cargo van rental . I returned to the location next day and was helped by Joey. He listened to my concern about the mileage and looked into it. He found out that the wrong mileage was recorded at the time of my rental. He was able to make a report, make an adjustment and credit my debit card. I am very satisfied with my service. Joey was attentive, respectful and was able to address my concern and resolve it.”

“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”
“Theo saved the day. We had a moving company take our money and run. We needed to be out of the state and the company stopped answering. We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal. I can't say how thankful I am for Theo and his wonderful staff.”

“Had the pleasure of meeting most of the family. And what are treasure that was, including the cat that there was newly being adopted and nobody knew it yet except for the cat. These people care about people and they care about God's creatures and they do a good job with the storage facility. They have somebody on site tending to stuff and I think that's very smart and the guy's a nice guy too. All around good professional people who work their best to work with people. Be kind to them and clean up after yourselves that's all I ask of anyone who takes my advice and goes there for storage. Class act people all of them. Thank you very much for my time in your lives.”
