“Amazing place! My little chihuahua has had a pretty rough sounding respiratory infection of some kind - it has gotten pretty scary these last few days. Our original vet said they couldn't even do an emergency so until Monday (this was Thursday when I called). This poor little dog couldn't wait that long I don't think. So I called Daniel-Randall & they were empathetic & got us in the very next morning (I called as they were about to close). We now have some antibiotics, hoping this gets my little baby better. I appreciate them just for that more than they know! Would definitely recommend this place!”

“Found a kitten dumped in Edwardsville. Dr. Olsen was amazing. He was neutered last week. He healed so fast and everyone did an outstanding job. Beedle is now enjoying some well deserved TV time. Very, very affordable. They get you what you need and don't try to nickel and dime you. If you want fast, affordable, down to earth vet care, this is where you need to be. I mean, look at this pic. “This vet ❤️ came highly recommended to me by a friend. I was an absolute mess of a ball of nerves for my senior dog’s dental and their compassionate, kind, and caring staff helped greatly to ease my fears while providing the most excellent care to my fur baby. They were kind enough to take the time to walk me through everything and gave frequent updates while I was there. It meant so incredibly much to me, so a huge huge thank you to Dr. Stevens and Daniel-Randall staff! Little Daisy rode home like nothing had even happened and is doing great. ?”
“My son’s dog Blue, Siberian Husky had hair loss and taken to several other vets who said he had allergies. Dr Fischer said he had liver disease and was treated. He has since recovered with hair growing back and eating better. Also, Cody my maltese/bichon frise mix had cherry eye which Dr Fischer did the surgery and he recovered well and his eye looks much better. Bellemore as affordable prices for vaccinations and competent care.”

“I used this emergency room 6 or 7 times over the last few years. I have always been grateful and impressed that I can have my pups looked at on an emergent basis 24/7. I read some of the other comments about this place "being expensive". I wonder what they are comparing? We have never been there at a regular hour. So yes, there are staffing costs. I understand the emergency room initial cost. Again, overhead. This week, one of our littles had an eyeball issue. The overnight surgical staff took care of her and a few hours later I received a call from the surgeon at 4 am giving me an update that everything was fine. Expensive? I thought the surgical fees were reasonable. I think people don't realize the cost of routine pet care in general. Everything is expensive. But relative to the care provided at this hospital, no it isn't expensive.”

“I switched over here bc I was told they cared more about the pet and weren't money hungry like Banfield. My referral person was right. I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.”

He can be very tricky to handle and sometimes veterinarians like to think that they know him better than I do, but that was not the case here. I had a really great experience. I have seven dogs, so this is where we will be going when there is an emergency.”
