Walgreens is a large and well-organized store, but the staff's demeanor can be hit or miss. While the pharmacists are exceptionally caring and attentive, the cashier may seem disinterested. The prices can be high, and the shelves or fridges are sometimes empty, needing restocking. However, this particular Walgreens location has a very friendly staff, and customers can find their favorite products at competitive prices.
The male cashier working here doesn't seem to want to be here. He doesn't talk and doesn't smile. The store is big and well-organized. We were able to find what we wanted right away.

Don't leave reviews much but the staff here is exceptional. The pharmacists don't act like you're rushing you despite looking always over worked. They care about their patients and really want to help you and answer your questions. Thank you wood river pharmacy!!!
