“Home Depot is okay everything I need it easy to find when will taken care of at the checkout counter.They have sanitizer you can use when you come in, they are very helpful, and they stand far away, and you feel safe. This Home Depot is the closest to my home, which makes it the most convenient. There are also a Menards and Lowes about the same distance away. As with all of the large 'big box' stores the sock is about the same and at similar price points. The choice of which store brand to go to depends on several considerations. They are: what exactly I am looking for - the stores carry different brand names or different variations of stock - more sizes or colors, etc., and finally which store has the best customer service. The single largest issue at all of these stores is aisle space, cluttering, blocking, mobile access stairs and free-standing selling displays. For example, today I had to turn around and go down a different aisle twice, in the middle of the day, no huge crowds just displays and stocking blockages. The stores are convenient and the prices generally mirror the quality of the products.”

Zepole’s owner Gary came to our home to measure and help select appropriate coverings and trim to accomplish our goal. The project turned out wonderful and brings realism to our vision. “This place has good appliances for reasonable prices. We got a refrigerator, and they offered one year warranty. If you don’t have a truck they have a person that can do the delivery to your house. We were able to get it delivered same day! Owner was very helpful!”

The staff are friendly and there are some who have been there for years and really know how to help!We recently purchased storm doors and I apologize for not remembering her name, but she helped with everything, asked great questions and provided exactly what we needed. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

They are very knowledgeable and assist me with whatever I need. We rented a Penske truck today and we were extremely happy with our experience. “In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor. “We are planning to clean and plant our backyard garden. It have a lot of dress and some tall grass that need to trim. We have no tools or equipment to used , so me and my dad went to this store. They have lot of tools and equipment for gardening so I think we bought all of we need. I grab one cart before we went to the area of gardening tools. There are lot of people in some section so its hard to push the cart. When I looked at my dad I can see that he knows what he purchased. It seems that we need those. After we bought tools we wen to the pot area. There are lot of pot to choose. Some of them are colorful and some are simple. Since my dad knows that mom like the plain color he grabbed the white pot. After he put it in the cart we went to the counter. I can say that this store was good.”
