“If you are looking at buying your mattress from an online retailer, STOP! Head to Mattress Overstock first.My wife and I were looking at a Leesa mattress online during their President's Day sale and wanted to try it out in person. We went to Mattress Overstock and had the great fortune of working with Rick Kopsky. Not only was he able to explain the differences between the variety of mattresses they had on the storeroom floor, but gave us numerous examples of how mattress A worked for previous clients in comparison to mattress B, and what you could expect given your sleeping preferences. Most importantly, he was able to beat the online retailer's price by $200! They truly seem passionate about helping their customers, and the next time I look at buying a mattress I'm going straight to Mattress Overstock.”

“We worked with a wonderful sales associate, Lauren. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We chose the PressureSmart™ 2.0 Plush Pillow Top 13.75" Mattress with free adjustable base. So far, the mattress is a wonderful choice for us as side sleepers. The only negative we see so far (it's only been two nights) is that it seems to be higher in the middle and we roll towards the edges, but hopefully, that will subside as the mattress settles in. Additionally, we've always used a box spring along with our mattress, so using the adjustable base instead allows the bed to sit lower a few inches, so that is taking some time to get used to. Again, it's only been two days so I will update later. I must mention the delivery team headed by Fernando is another reason for the five stars! He was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and followed through on all removal and set up as directed. We feel we can trust Mattress Firm and will continue to recommend them.”

“Amazing experience at the Oakbrook store with both hector and the store manager Owais. They were both very friendly, approachable, and informative. They answered all of our questions and connected us to our new bed. We had gone into the store knowing we had our sights set on two and just wanted to feel the difference between the two. The team encouraged us to try any mattress we’d like and to stay there for 15 minutes or more to really feel what it’s like. But your phone customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, very rude and giving out false Information.This could be avoided by having a direct phone line to the store.
