Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .

“The furniture designs looked modern and clean, which initially attracted me. I bought a TV cabinet and small bookshelf. Staff were polite but slightly slow when the store got busy. Billing went fine. Delivery came in 5 days. One shelf had uneven paint on the edge, but they offered a replacement or partial refund. I chose replacement and got it within 3 days. The final setup looks very neat in my living room and matches my interior style well.”
