“This is my first time purchasing with Mattress Firm. I went to the store in Bolingbrook and worked with Ashley. Her customer service and personality was absolutely phenomenal. She made the buying process so easy. She was extremely kind and informative. I was advised, with the mattress I was purchasing, that it will take 7 to 10 business days. To my absolute surprise, it arrives in 48 hours which I was extremely happy about. I will be going to them again for my daughter’s mattress. Their Clearance deals are unbelievable.”

Bonus, he was very sweet to my daughter! A few days later I was gifted a mattress by a friend and needed to return my my purchase - he quickly and graciously gave me a full refund. “Being in a totally empty store may be odd at first, but their products, ordering system, and delivery service are absolutely top of the line.Tried a mattress on Monday, ordered it late Monday afternoon, and had my old set removed and the new one professionally set up by Tuesday afternoon.The entire process took just less than 24 hours. The looped video in the store of talking heads explaining how to order feels a little 1984-ish, but the real life installation team was outstanding - neat, friendly, polite and 100% professional. I used to dread mattress shopping as much buying a car, with similarly pushy salesmen hovering over you at every turn, relentlessly hounding you to buy only the top of the line model with all the extra options. None of that here - no pressure, no stress., yet plenty of resources available if you have questions or concerns. All in all, an outstanding shopping experience. Now if they could adapt their system to car sales!”

“The furniture designs looked modern and clean, which initially attracted me. I bought a TV cabinet and small bookshelf. Staff were polite but slightly slow when the store got busy. Billing went fine. Delivery came in 5 days. One shelf had uneven paint on the edge, but they offered a replacement or partial refund. I chose replacement and got it within 3 days. The final setup looks very neat in my living room and matches my interior style well.”

“Aseef, Sleep Expert, was very helpful. I’ve been having hip & shoulder issues & we were able to get a Sealy Frisco 2.1 Medium Euro Pillowtop, within 2 days. Haven’t had a chance to sleep on it yet, but will be much better than the brick we’ve been sleeping on. Delivery was great too. Silvestre P. came on time, and hauled away our old mattress too. Aseef was able to get our delivery in a 2 hour window, because our condo has strict requirements (9-5 only). All in all very satisfied.”
