I had a great time trying on the unique fashion, finding the perfect fit and ultimately purchased a great new outfit. The staff was so cool and I actually hung out and chatted at the shop for a while. Small unique businesses are where it's at and we cannot forget to support them.”

“I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. “Had the pleasure of walking in to Shay Boutique today and was pleasantly surprised by the charming store! Michelle, one of the store owners was so friendly! Love their selection of clothes! “I see stopped in today because their Instagram feed is constantly updated with beautiful things, but also recently they've been sharing some of their fall and Halloween goodies. On my way back to Chicago from Madison I was trying to make it in time to stop here and see what goodies I might want. I did indeed leave with some things and can't wait to put them up come October! But the best part was chatting with the shopkeeper. Lorraine is a gem! I spent more time chatting with her than shopping (I was able to pick out what I wanted straightaway!). Luckily there was no one else in the shop whilst I was there and I didn't keep her too long since I left at 5:00 exactly (quitting time). I will 100% be back because they have too many beautiful things that I want in my house.”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”
