“Not sure why anyone would say it's hard to access their account when all you need is your ID and debit card to withdrawal cash from PNC. The first thing they ask you is for your account # as is the fastest way they can access your account. Which, btw, they give you a card with your account# and routing number when you first sign up with them. If you misplace it, ask for another. That's it. Just because you had a bad day because things didn't work out for you, don't take it out on them. They are meant to secure your account, which is the main reason I go through PNC due to their secure systems. Not everyone likes to do things online or over the phone as is the main source for scammers hacking people's accounts! I see why a lot of you chose to close out your accounts. Good riddance.”
