“My husband and I went out Friday night and shopped for 3 hours to get an outfit for my mom's funeral. It was such a disappointment, as nothing looked good. I suggested Chico's Saturday morning and I was not disappointed. I asked Carol to help me. She picked out a few things for me to try on and within 30 minutes I had what I needed. “Had a great experience at Mr. Oro. Employees are friendly and very helpful. My ring was stocked, and they helped me to take it off and resize it. The cost was very fair and reasonable and lower than at other jewelry places I had been to. Plenty of security here which gives you peace to conduct your business. We ended up resizing two more rings due to service and price. Definitely recommend to come here.”
“10/10 for sure!! The man running the place (SAM) is so kind and has such great customer service! The store had alot more inside than I thought. Clean and well kept. I had something stollen from me and it ended up being pawned off at this store. I didn't want to get cops involved. I just wanted the item back. The owner went completely out of his way to accommodate my needs. He could of sold it and made way more money. Instead, he was able to hold on to it for a few weeks and even gave me a deal. Such a kind soul. Nice family business. I wish there were more people in the world like him... I'm 100% not even joking!! Highly recommended!!”
