“We got there and the moment we entered we were greeted and asked if we needed any help, we were planning to switch so we asked what offers they had. We picked out our 2 iPhones and Samsung and they were activated quickly activated. Citlali answered any questions we had and assured us that the cricket wireless service was great and reliable. I would definitely be coming back, and I will definitely be recommending to family and friends”

“I cannot recommend this Pleasant Prairie AT&T enough, specifically due to Employee Dan. I came in with a broken iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB that I’d paid for outright a month ago elsewhere (no insurance), and I was honestly incredibly stressed and on edge. Dan went above and beyond, staying past closing hours to work through the situation with me, explaining policies, and exchanging great tips and info about their services! I ended up walking out with a working 17 Pro Max (insured this time lol). His patience and dedication to helping a customer in a tough spot were top-tier. If you want someone who actually cares, ask for Dan!”

After a very long, frustrating couple of days, it was finally resolved. Dan B. has patience beyond belief. I will be requesting his assistance for every future need I have.”
