“Cool place, very informative owner. I enjoyed being able to actually talk to someone about certain diets and what not. I haven't compared prices to the box stores but assume it's a little more. But I'd rather pay a little more to a local business with the knowledge they have. Will definitely be back.”

We just adopted this little guy a week and a half ago and his nails had never been clipped so they were super sharp, I was able to get on Ashley’s schedule within a day of speaking with her. She did amazing with him, when I picked him up he smelt and looked amazing! I highly recommend Ashley for all your pets grooming needs!! ✨”
“This is my favorite "mom-and-pop-shop" of all time. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even if you don't own a bird, seeing their beautiful parrots and all the toys and associated accessories is a neat thing. Great for kids and parents alike. Having a parrot, I have bought most of her toys from here.”

“I am a forever customers to the Bentleys in pleasant prairie now!I feed my dogs strictly raw food. With life becoming so hectic I was looking for a more simple solution than I current feeding regimen while still keeping the highest quality standards for my pups.I am so glad I asked my groomer Amy who I have followed from every shop she has ever worked at for the past 12 years and now to Bentleys!!! She is an AMAZING groomer and her knowledge on dogs is worth her weight in gold!I’m so thankful for her and her caring for all my pets that I have brought to her throughout the years. Amy’s a wealth of knowledge and experience being in the animal industry for MANY years is just a few reasons I recommend her to all my friends and family.I am so happy that I now have a store that has the best quality food and the best groomer in town!”
“I am so grateful that I found one of the best adult cats here at the Kenosha location. I do recommend going here, but just want to mention a few things. I brought my cat home and he kept sneezing. Then draining from the eye. I was trying to let it run it's course, but when I heard him wheezing I knew he needed to go to the vet. He already had an appointment, but they scheduled too far out so I found a new vet. He had an upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He needed eye ointment and 4 weeks of antibiotics. After spending over $500 in vet bills he is better. What makes me mad is that it was not emphasized that you get free pet insurance for 30 days, but have to activate it. The information is in the back of the folder. I just didn't see it until it was too late. Hope this saves someone else money. Otherwise, I do recommend going here. Just activate your pet insurance and set up a vet appointment.”

“Pet Supplies Plus in Gurnee is one of the most friendly businesses I patron. I began bringing my pet there for grooming several years ago and was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the grooming team. I now bring all three dogs and feel very confident that they are each very well cared for due to this team. Also, each time I enter the store, I am greeted by very friendly store associates. Every single associate I have encountered over the years seems genuinely happy to be there. Customer service at its best, which is rare these days.
