Although the insurance company had given him an earlier arrival time than the one they gave us, so he had to wait for us to arrive, he was very understanding and patient. He explained everything clearly and even showed us that the car was leaking brake fluid. We had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated his help. (The insurance company paid.
