“On a stretch of highway with seemingly endless options for fast food, this was something different! I stopped in when I was solo road tripping to and from Grand Rapids, Michigan from Indianapolis. I needed a lunch stop where I could also stretch my legs. I had seen signs for harassment food, and decided to give it a try! It was only about a two minute drive off the highway. I'm very much worth it! Here's what I loved: -Super clean bathroom -- it's a one-stall situation. So don't stop w/a bus load of people! -Aisles and aisles of local food, with several other brands peppered in. -Fresh baked goods that looked sooo good! -Delicious, large, freshly made deli sandwiches with nearly every type of meat, cheese, and condiment under the sun, including fresh veggies. I ate mine in the car, thinking that this was exactly the type of sandwich my grandma would've made... generous amount of toppings, and a great deal of precision. -So many fresh cheese options! - Lots of seating outdoors - Plenty of non-food merch to purchase (whisks, spatulas, etc) - A big ol' parking lot to walk around in if you need to stretch your legs or walk a dog. - Really good looking ice cream! -A huge selection of bulk grains, seeds, etc for you homesteaders :) I will be back. Probably with my kids and husband on another road trip to Michigan!”
“Always clean and the other shoppers seem to be spaced far enough apart. I didn't feel like people were constantly in my way when I was trying to look at the groceries. I prefer this location. Friendly service”
“Can't believe I'm leaving a review for a DG! But this particular location is noteworthy. The isles were free of clutter, their clearance section was actually organized(!!!!). The place was clean and friendly. I think this is the first DG I've ever been to where the shelves were tidy and the isles free of boxes and crap!! Kudos to this location!! Y'all are doing it right, Bourbon, Indiana!!”
“These Dollar General keep sneaking into town, there are literally 4 stores in Plymouth, Indiana. That's all well and good so long as they stay clean and give back to the community, let those same stores get rundown and strung out; then we'll have a problem.”
“Ordered floral for an event through partiesbymartins.com. Arrived on a Saturday morning with my children in tow only to find out that I had ordered them for the wrong weekend. ? Gerald, the floral manger, must have seen the panic in my eyes. He jumped into action to see what he could pull together at a moments notice. All the while assuring me we would figure it out. And in the end I loved what he put together more than what I had originally ordered. Thankful for the way Gerald cared for me and made sure the flowers and greenery for our event were beautiful. Thank you , Gerald for your kindness and care.”
“This is a very nice grocery store! The have many different things. The daily necessities. My wife and I just moved into the area, we now do 90% of all our household shopping here. The owners are very nice as well. I am happy to support small local businesses.”
“Ordered croissants from bakery (90). Excellent. Wonderful service. Ordered 4 fruit bowls over 5 lbs. each. Cut fresh for a Sat. A.M. pick up. Very fresh . Chris called and confirmed. Really appreaciated the follow up. Deli was very helpful. I needed order for a funeral lunch for 120. 3 condiment trays, 3 cheese trays, 4 meat (deli trays). All of the staff in all of the departments were very helpful and friendly. I found the store clean and neat. I shop here frequently and would recommend this store. Senior Day on Wednesday is great. Overall a BIG 10.”
“Great little Hispanic grocery! I was able to find everything I needed and more. I wish the prices of items were displayed, but everything was inexpensive enough anyway. You do not need to know Spanish to do well here. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

I didn't get his name. He was a taller man with facial hair. This is how shopping should be. Promote him!! I bought a 65" Samsung and it is beautiful !!”

“My main Dollar General and it is known as the "Argos Mall". They did a big remodel back a few years ago, and it has changed it ever since. There is a lot more of food choices, but the produce is not that "fresh". Recently, they have added a self-checkout which has helped the employees tremendously. I recommend this place if you need to run quick errands without driving to Rochester or Plymouth.”
