“It's weird how trading a 20 dollar bill for 20 dollars in quarters can be a daunting task sometimes. But the driv thru attendant didn't grill me 20 questions. It's hard to find neighborly ideals in today's society. Very thankful this bank made it so easy and I didn't get the normal corporate answer, " We can't do that for you unless you have an account. "”
“I use the Kendaville branch and the staff is absolutely wonderful they are always so kind and smiling and if they don’t have the answer they will find it for you! The only problem I have with the bank is they are a small bank so there are only three ATMs that are even remotely close to my area. Lake City charges a three dollar fee for using any other ATM plus whatever fees that ATM charges even if a Lake City Bank ATM is out of service. Those fees add up! If they could provide more ATMs maybe one in each town nearby or waive that fee It would be 5 stars!”
