“I absolutely loved it it’s nice and clean ,also a quiet area and the office staff are amazing there very welcoming and is great help with anything you may need.”
“The windows are not still tight. You can feel the air through the windows also through the outlets, you can feel the cold air coming in your room, so it’s not well insulated the neighbors upstairs or a little rowdy. Other than that I have no other complaints. Staff is very professional and on time when called to do maintenance. so is it worth $1400 to live in a two bedroom one bath under 900 ft.² no it’s not but it’s very clean no rodents no roaches looking forward to buying me a home next summer and yeah”
“These apartments are under new management! Bianca, the leasing agent, is friendly and quick to provide all the necessary information. I was in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to live in less than a week. In just a few days, my new apartment was located and the pricing here is the best that I’ve been able to find. Come check them out!”

Any guest staying longer than a two week period is considered a tenant and need to ask for permission or apply to be added to the leas.

“I have lived at Crosswinds for 3 years and can highly recommend this complex to anyone that is looking to move to the Danville area. Bambi the area General Manager and Jamie the complex manager have been awesome and so very helpful in my time here. The maintenance department,Charles and John have been amazing also. I have bought a home in Rockville IN and that is the only reason that I'm moving, I have made some really amazing and forever friends here and hate to say goodbye, I don't understand the bad reviews so I wouldn't be concerned.
I'm a disabled veteran and the complex allowed my service dog, with all my documentation. Have fun in this new community!!!!!”
