I was in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to live in less than a week. In just a few days, my new apartment was located and the pricing here is the best that I’ve been able to find. Although I have not yet seen the specific room in person, my interactions with the management and the overall feel of the community gave me the confidence to move forward. I currently live not far from this location, and my experience in the surrounding area has been very positive, which is why I did not want to move far away.
One of the property manager, HC, handled my application process professionally and communicated clearly every step of the way, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. Based on my pre-move-in experience, I feel confident that my transition will be smooth.
I have toured many apartments in the immediate vicinity, and the overall vibe of the community and management here stands out, nowhere close to what I experienced elsewhere.

Any guest staying longer than a two week period is considered a tenant and need to ask for permission or apply to be added to the leas.
Some of the neighbors suck and they're nosey. ?”
“Absolutely love it. It is tucked in out of the way from the loud roads. The maintenance staff is wonderful and do their absolute best to fix thing things I have needed done with it taking a long time. They definitely need more better reviews as it is new management and they are doing a great job.”

“Emily was very gracious, polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable of Washington Quarters Apartments & Villa Complex. Emily listen to my needs of what I wanted & looking for in apartment/villa, my price range, & very helpful of my situation because I have a Section 8 voucher. Emily also extended her courtesy even further to reach out to office manager to see if they have a policy in place for Section 8 individuals with vouchers. She offered other information for her sister complexes & contact numbers. Anyone else would have turn me down/away immediately if I had told them I had Section 8 voucher. Emily is a very Exceptional Woman in her field.
