“My step daughters car broke down in Cloverdale. We had it towed to the nearest mechanic. That was a Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon they finally had time to diagnose the issue. Not real excited about the additional delay for them to repair it, I had it towed (after hours) to Dodson Automotive in Avon. Jeff was able to get it in, up and fixed by Friday around noon. He kept in contact with me regarding the issue and what was needed. Even with extra labor and a few extra parts not quoted by the other mechanic, he was still able to come in for less than they quoted for just one of the issues. “This is one of the best, friendliest, quality muffler shops I've went to in years. I had a great conversation with the manager and the staff. They're all friendly and professional and swift about the work they do. They got my equinox in quickly and I had a conversation with the boss not even 15 minutes they were done.. As long as they have the parts the work will be done with your car in a timely manner.. (And for you people that don't know where this location is it right behind the Lowe's on Rockville road in Avon) Thank you guys for the quality work you do.”
“I stopped going to the dealer for repairs and maintainer after they lied to me about needing some work on my vehicle. I took my car to Alexander because they once checked out a car I was considering buying and charged me nothing. I find them to be competent, efficient, and honest, the 3 main things I look for in any business I frequent. I know little about cars but feel very safe in their hands. Everything they have told me has turned out to be true. And, this is the real test of a repair business, they have declined to do some repairs because they didn't find a problem or told me that I had 'x' months left before work needed to be done. Very few repairs shops are that honest. Certainly, the local dealer's repair shop wasn't like that at all. I highly recommend Alexander Auto Repair.”

“Nelson took good care of me, again. I seem to get him every time I’m there for service. I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in and out quickly. I had a flat tire and also had a recall. The waiting room was clean and had free coffee. Even the TV had good programming. Keep up the good work!!”
“My service consultant Brandon Carter did an excellent job. I went in for routine service and a multipoint inspection for my 2025 Honda Civic. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and it was completed quickly. They did not attempt to upsell me any unneeded items to pad their margins which I appreciated. They also honored the agreement I made when purchasing the car to receive a free oil change and tire rotation within the first year of owning the car.
Waiting area was extremely clean and well stocked with coffee and water which was really nice. I waited about an hour and a half for my cars service to complete and I was comfortable the whole time.
When I did get the car back I noticed the maintenance notification on my screen stating I needed service was not cleared. Not the end of the world though, I resolved it within 2 minutes myself.
Couldn't recommend Hare Honda enough, my experience with them from the service department to the sales and finance department has been extremely positive.”

“My 1st visit to the Avon, IN store. I was very impressed. The store manager "Wendy", was very knowledgeable in the mechanical field, which helped a lot in having knowledge of my older truck. I also was surprised at the existent of knowledge the young mechanic Dillon had of my truck as
well. The vehicle inspection is good to have done ONCE. I find it annoying and unnecessary if you are returning daily or every couple days or if you state you are in a hurry. I think they need a sign off sheet, saying you refuse the inspection. That would be nice. For me, that 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours inspection is too long and makes you wait even longer to get a oil change for instance. For me I am retired and they did not do my oil change lol . I have some issues with there inspection's, but overall I was very impressed with Meineke and the service I received. I requested Dillon for all my repairs.
I will return.”
