First Merchants sucks. I deposited 5600 cash and my balance is negative. I would use curse words but then they wouldn’t post the review. So I will post the second word. OFF. WAY OFF. I’m closing the account tomorrow!

Terrible communication at this location. Tried calling the branch 5+ times and the call center did as well with no answer. Tellers are always new faces but mostly respectful and kind. Good luck having a “market leader” contact you.

I love this bank. Been customer for over 10 years. Glad I did become a customer. The lady's are always nice even on Fridays. Thank you for the great service for so many years...
