“Very very basic. No real decor on the walls and the room felt oddly empty. But it was clean and the bed was comfy so I guess that served its purpose. I did think it was a little pricey for what it was. But ??♀️ Overall, it was fine.”

“Had to wait over 20 minutes to get checked in. The shower leaked under the chalking to the floor. But the staff tried to make it better and the bed was a nice firm mattress.”

“The suite had everything you need for a long stay. Including a stove, dishwasher, gym, and washer/dryer available. Any issues I encountered were promptly taken care of by staff. However, there was problems with the rear entrance card reader. A minor inconvenience. Overall the stay was good. Anything worth going out for requires a minimum 20 minute drive.”
“This place is lovely! We were on the first floor so it was comfortable and quiet. They do conveniently Supply ear plugs if you feel the noise of the planes going over bother you, but I believe they have done their best to build the hotel with as much noise dampening material as they can!”

“This is a nice hotel for the price. Very close to the airport and I also have an airport shuttle. When I came in, I got checked in really quick and I got an upgrade because of my Platinum status. The suite was huge and was very nice.
The room was nice and it had like a full living room, and then the bedroom was really big and off of the main living room area, there is a small balcony.
Rooms: The suite that I got upgraded to was big. It was like a small apartment with a living room and a really large bedroom with two beds.
It was very comfortable, very clean and also there was a small balcony.
Nearby activities: Is very close to the airport and probably about a 15-minute drive from downtown and other major activities.
Walkability: Not really much nearby within walking distance period
Food and drinks: There is the cafe downstairs with good food the menu is a little bit small but the food is good.
Noteworthy details: They have an airport shuttle.”

“Front desk manager Venkata Nattam was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service was horrible. Rather would’ve stayed at red roof inn honestly for the way my friends and I were treated. Told us that since we had 4 guests the price would’ve been more for the room? Never knew we were being priced per person. We were out of our room majority of the time so for him to have been watching us that closely to somehow “know” who exactly was sleeping in the room was VERY concerning. When we were done checking out we were waiting on our Uber in the lobby & he definitely pushed us out called the police . Which was wild.. Would NOT recommend staying here! Made me and my girls very uncomfortable!!! Spend your money elsewhere. 0/10 . Location was decent though.Rooms: The room immediately smelled did not use AC because it smelled so badly.Safety: As being a single female with my friends this entire experience was very overwhelming and ridiculous.”

This stay went from being below average hotel experience (for the price) to being a great experience there thanks to the workers there. Particularly Kenry who worked at the desk was very helpful and also Gloria who did a great job with housekeeping they both were great, and made it a great stay.”
“Had a good time only complaint I have is no one was their for people to check out, don't know if they were pulled away for something but me and several other gusts waited for a while and left our key cards next to the computer at front. I really didn't want to do that but had no choice. After 5-10min no one is gonna wait much longer. Hope everything was ok.
Rooms: Liked the room was a good comfy bed.”

“Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and odor free, hallways were clean, staff was very polite and professional. Very good sausage links and scrambled eggs, good coffee.
Now the negative things, I feel like price could have been a little cheaper but I understand today's economy, and ceiling around the vents and the vents themselves in the eating area need to be cleaned.
And a few doors slamming in late night or early morning was rather annoying.
Other than that it was a very good stay and a highly recommended place to stay.
I will stay here again when in the area.

“I was traveling solo for GenCon on this trip and couldn't afford the downtown hotels. This Motel-6 however was the right price and only 10 or so minutes away! Clean and reasonable price! Mary and Peggy at the front desk were lovely and they even had coffee downstairs in the morning. Thank you for providing an affordable room for me!!! I definitely recommend to any solo travelers on a budget.”

“This place was very clean l, the service was amazing and the breakfast wasn't to bad, had several choices. I stayed for 2 nights with my German shepherd so they are dog friendly. I had to stay a 3rd night and they was booked up, so I stayed down the road at a LaQuinta and I can't say thus enough do not stay there. That place is nasty dirty looks like you might catch aids or something. Rude people just a very bad experience.”

“Brechelle is one fantastic employee and if leadership doesn't already know she's a gem - you do now! It's rare to find service that feels personal and genuine - but that's what I found this weekend! I was in town for my wedding and from rushing to check in and get to rehearsal Thursday evening to arriving back with my husband Friday night, she was a bright, smiling and happy face to take care of business and cheer us on. I believe she even took some lovely photos for my aunts and uncles before the departed for our ceremony. Everything else was great also! Room was clean and fully stocked with enough towels and things for our stay. Pool was small but in my opinion perfect temp and size. Breakfast was as delicious as you'd expect for being complimentary. Also have to give a shout out to the sales team for the assistance with our wedding block - very helpful throughout our planning process. So happy with our choice to stay with you! Thank you!”
