“I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. It’s new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase. About 15 minutes later I received a text with a picture of the shipping label already printed with the purse sent the same day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. This is a business that knows how to treat their customers and provide the kind of service that makes you feel like you are a priority. Rest assured if you purchase from Michelle’s Boutique you will be in excellent hands.”

“Darlene is THE best person because she was able to help me yesterday. I had a ring stuck on my finger and had stopped at another jeweler because it was right there. They told me they couldn't help me and to call the fire department. I made a quick call to Zales and Darlene answered. She suggested I try Windex and that she would stay on the phone with me. When I told her I wasn't at home she asked where I was and since I was so close she told me to come on over and ask for her. She was already set up to help me when I walked in and it worked!!! “I started out by looking for a store I could get a ring resized. I got lucky when I found Gina's. I am so pleased. Took a ring to have it sized smaller. It's just a sterling silver simple ring. It was treated just as if it were an expensive item. Wanted a new thumb ring and was able to place and order from their catalog to look at a few. Oh wow, liked them so much I bought all three.
