“Several years back, I took a Movado watch to Kaye Jewelers to replace battery. They had to send it to California. It took 3 weeks and $125. Yesterday, same watch needed battery again. I dropped it off about 1:00 pm at Mason Jewelers in Plainfield. They called at 2:48 to tell me the watch was ready. My bill was $23 and change. This speaks for itself. Plus, they are always friendly and professional”
