“Darlene is THE best person because she was able to help me yesterday. I had a ring stuck on my finger and had stopped at another jeweler because it was right there. They told me they couldn't help me and to call the fire department. I made a quick call to Zales and Darlene answered. She suggested I try Windex and that she would stay on the phone with me.
