“Cute little jewelry shop. Had them repair two older pieces and they really took care of me. They had them done so quickly that I had to wait until the following day to come collect them. The prices were better than reasonable. I’ve had one of the items replaced two other times and Windsor did better work for less money. Will absolutely be back for future repairs.”

They were very reasonable and did such a nice job that I decided to stop in when I was looking for a ring to celebrate my cancer remission. I couldn’t have found a more perfect ring for what I wanted—big enough for my middle finger and a little bit of sparkle. They gave me a fair price and let me use a bracelet I traded in for credit. “We had such an amazing experience today at this location. We went shopping for my daughter’s 12th birthday and she loves Kendra Scott. We went to the color bar and every employee was so kind and courteous. They helped us pick jewelry, stones and also kept us updated on pricing for everything. Specifically, Maggie, was so incredible. “I walked into Master Jewelers as nervous as I could be… in my hand I had 2 VERY special rings. A solitaire from my grandmother and cluster set from her mom (my great grandmother). These 2 items were priceless. The moment I met Arlene I knew this was the place to trust with my treasures. She sat down with me and we designed a ring that used all the components of the 2 rings. She let me know up front it was a process and would likely take 6-8 weeks to complete. She sent me texts/videos of the process along the way. Yesterday my husband picked up the ring… I cried. “I visited The Jewelry Lady with my mother and sister for my sister’s birthday. The space is beautiful, bright and inviting. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Joan went above and beyond, spending nearly two full hours with us to help my sister select pieces she loved for her birthday gifts. She didn’t do the uncomfortable press that many jewelry salespeople do where they steer you to the most expensive pieces. Instead, she asked excellent questions to determine my sister’s everyday style, her comfort level with jewelry types and occasions she would be wearing the pieces. She helped my sister try on each piece, made suggestions and listened carefully to the responses so she could make other recommendations. Joan was also very attentive to my mother and to me although we weren’t purchasing any jewelry that day. It was clear that Joan is interested in building organic client relationships, seeing everyone as a person first and then a customer. And when they got done, they discounted it quite a bit, which I was very shocked. And very appreciative, because neither one of them had to do that which impressed me, I looked at the rings, and I've decided there's a few that are 1 to purchase. Put it on top of that. My green, what's beautiful? He cleaned it and polished it on top of checking the diamonds in my set and replacing the 2 diamonds. Thank you. I would suggest this company to anybody”
