“Love this location!! I was previously with T-Mobile for 10 years and was paying $200+ a month for 3 lines. T-Mobile service is also HORRIBLE!! I switched to cricket and now I pay $68 a month for 3 lines and I have great service everywhere I go which is important bc I work from my phone! This location is always clean and has minimal waiting time. ALL the staff at this location are amazing! Madelyn especially is always smiling knowledgeable and eager to help with any issue! 10/10!!!!”

“I am normally not a fan of AT&T, having had bad service and customer service experiences. I am using them again due to recently being included in my son's account. I ran into some difficulties that couldn't be rectified online, so I went into the store in Brownsburg to see if they could be fixed in person. It turned out to be the best customer service experience I've EVER experienced at any company. Jordan was working and not only did he know how to help, he looked up anything that he thought could be more help, plus he had the best attitude I've ever run into and I'm nearly 70. His friendliness and concern were genuine, his desire to help was obvious, and he got the job done very well, even when running into some AT&T system snags. He deserves a raise and should be the gold standard for hiring service staff!”
