“I was late on my rent and paid it within a few days, with everything being electronic you would think it wouldn't take 24 hrs for the app to be able to let me in the gate and provide me with the code. The door was locked no one around, I called and luckily in a few minutes someone emerged and helped me but I thought I was screwed til the next day. Other than that and forcing you to carry renters insurance it's not a bad place as on now.”
“Shout out to Thomas Miller at the 18th st location, prompt and simple service on a morning when that’s exactly what I needed. Booked through a third party, in person payment was easy enough and detailed. Overall decent, though I think the storage units could use a sweep out.”
“We rented an upstairs warehouse unit to store belongings over the summer break. The place was clean, easy to access. Since it is not a temperature controlled unit, we vacuum packed all the beddings and clothing and did not have any issue due to humidity. Would definitely rent again next year.”

“Highly recommend for students leaving for break who need somewhere cheap and safe to leave their stuff for a couple of months. I left everything in my car in one of the outside parking spots for four months to no inconvenience. Also give the front gate lady a raise lol shes really nice.”

“Great experience from start to finish! Ismael and Hanna are who helped me but I did meet the other guys there as well and everyone was nice! I was referred to this location by a few fb friends and my aunt who say they come here all the time. The customer service was outstanding and great communication. My rental van looked brand new it was so clean plus had a back up camera and drove great. I made sure to post pictures for my review! Ismael explained the free 1 month storage offer very well. Hanna was there when I returned the van and I appreciate her offering me a paper receipt at check out before I even had to ask! Me and my family will be a continuous customer to this location as long as the current staff are here! 10/10 for my first experience and hopefully so on. Thank you all again!”
“It was a good place to store my stuff. Clean, dry, well-lit, safe, convenient and close to my house. Too expensive though; it would have been convenient to keep the space more or less indefinitely, but at this price I just couldn't justify it.”

“We have had a storage unit there about almost a year now. My mom was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's / dementia and we needed a place to store her items. I went there for the first time in many months in the storage unit was bone dry and no sign of any animals haven't gotten in. The grounds are always nicely taken care of and very clean.”
