“I love checking out what’s new at The Olive Leaf! Especially during holidays and when I need a special treat for someone! I always notice the fun decorations inside the store, but especially love the garland outside that is so cute and follows the season! Chocolates and Fudge are AMAZING! Love samples so I can see what I want to buy! Can’t wait for my next visit!”
“I liked going because it has several Latin products that are difficult to ship elsewhere in Bloomington. I think the music was a little loud which made it difficult to communicate with my wife during the visit. I think that if you have it, it will be organized as an experience and not as a grocery store, perhaps it would be more attractive.”

“Me and my boyfriend come here a lot! They always have an amazing selection of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese foods and drinks. The ramen section is huge, the drink section is huge, they have plenty of good options. Only
Problem, some food & drink items are expired. I remember grabbing a Chinese strawberry coke, it expired November 2024 while it was February 2025 and the cashier yelled to another girl in Chinese during checkout. while she scanned it she said “this product stock is still expired” or something in that manner. But, that’s the only negative I’ve seen so far! They also have great service and a growing beauty section which I love! I wish they would start carrying Korean & Japanese makeup like rom&nd, and canmake”
“Love this place - great for a quick shopping run and saving money. They also have organic and free range options. My only complaint is the produce section is always a mess - I once slipped on a grape and bruised my ankle so keep an eye out ?”
“This is my favorite place to shop for groceries! I love how fresh everything is. I love the selection. There are very few items that I have tried, that I don’t like. This store, in particular, is always clean and well stocked. The checkout process is quick and easy. My pickup orders have always been correct. I encourage you to take the leap if you haven’t. Just start trying things and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the quality, plus you will undoubtedly save money.”
“I worked at this exact Fresh Thyme for months and I can truly say that it is immaculate!✨ I know first hand that the management is honest, hardworking and kind. They treat their employees wonderfully! Also, everything is kept spotless and organized! This is a fresh, trustworthy grocery store all around!”
“I was so pleased to spot the fresh produce department upon entering the store. It was obvious that the regular shelves were well stocked too, but just seeing basic foods for my table made my mouth water.”
“I love this store! Ran by pretty awesome individuals, for sure! They typically have most everything I'm looking for and it's less than 2½ mi. from my home so that helps so much sometimes.”
“Great neighborhood IGA. When you don't want to drive into the city, hope a cashier will be working, and fight the crowd, this store is a real gem. Been serving Ellettsville area for many years. Doesn't have everything you might want, but has everything you need.”
“Perfect! I absolutely adore this place and the staff is always amazing! I wish I had something like this in the Indy area. Whole foods ain’t gotten nothing on them.”
“If you got to buy gas ,why not here where you can get a discount everyday for every gallon..
Plus they also have lottery tickets and snacks and oil for your car and more ..”
“THANK YOU for having 5 dollar Thursday sushi and actually having a variety of rolls for 5 dollars, krogers cheap asses have 6 dollar day and they only have a plain California roll for 6 dollars cause they suck, will continue to come for 5 dollar sushi and thank you to the sushi chef who makes them ?”
“Great prices if you know what you are doing. Can also pay way to much. Great $1 shelf with Dollar Tree bring 25% higher. Staff will set back stuff for you. Great periodic sakes. Always greeted when entering the store.”
“I think it's soothing,it's a great atmosphere for being a store. It would be awesome if that because it's apart of the mall,if they had a little coffee cafe in the book section..that would be awesome!”

“While I dearly miss Deb the previous owner, I have been blessed to meet and get to know the new owners. Kruppa is just absolutely amazing !! Her family and friends are just as amazing. I adore her mother and could not have asked to have had a better family come in and take over. She truly cares for her employees and customers. She's a young very talented driven young women. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her. Xoxo”
“Good selection of vegetables (Taro, Green Melon, Lotus Stem, Chinese Cauliflower, Bamboo Shoot etc.) and fruits that you will not find in regular grocery stores. Clean, fairly priced.”
“has a little bit of everything. Fast and friendly staff, my kids like their pizza and ice cream selection ?. Parking lot can get a little tight due to it's odd shape would be only issue at times. We are frequent shoppers ??”
“I have great experiences here with management, pharmacy & shopping. It's not the bougie Kroger on the East side but you'll find what you need. Download the app and link your Kroger card to get the best deals when you clip digital coupons. I took away one star because I think the sushi selection should be broader with poke bowls and more salmon & tuna sashimi. The meat department has superb service. Ask about deals. Great deals on cakes. Flowers are nice too.”
“By far the best gyros and fast chicken curry I've ever had. The gyros are so good and my boyfriends favorite, that we come here every time we visit Bloomington from Chicago, and pack up gyros to bring back home (the owner even packs the parts separately so it doesn't go bad on the drive up). The owner and staff are so nice. This is Bloomington's hidden gem. This restaurant is a must go-to.”
“When you go in, it can look pretty disorganized because customers don't put products back on the shelf/etc where they came from but, I can find what I'm looking for 90% of the time. You can tell they are short staffed and have issues with people stealing but they have great prices and a bunch of different things all in one place. Also if you download their app, you can get cool discount offers and things like that.”

“Have had consistently good service at Kinser Pike site. Staff has been professional and helpful, whether I was getting a vaccination or a prescription filled. Always takes the time to answer questions and prescriptions are ready when they say they will be.”
“I had a Clicklist pick-up order recently. I turned my vehicle off when I parked. A Kroger Clicklist employee loaded me up quickly. My car would not restart. Within a few minutes one of the Kroger employees came over to me and offered to help me jump my vehicle. Within a few minutes, another employee came over with their vehicle and got me back running. The two or three Kroger employees I interacted with were all very nice and helpful.”

“Not sure but think I saw thievery, buy a family of multiple people, using major distractions for the young lady/cashier, while multiple kids of all ages wandering the store distracting others, I'm standing up for the employees she could not see what was happening,”

“I have been using them recently as my mother prefers this location, she is older and needs help with prescriptions. All of the employees I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful, I don't know all of their names, but Brandon has been especially good. It seems like they care about their customers and aim to be efficient. I may very well switch some of our other prescriptions over to them. A+++”
“Bloomington Farmstop CO-OP provides area farmers & residents with a valuable store for selling/buying delicious and nutritious fresh produce, locally grown and prepared foods. This is valuable to city residents, who can now buy foods mid-week, grown by the same farmers at markets on weekends only. Others here mention the in-store coffees, breakfast and lunch foods. Those are good, but not as unique in value as the fresh-from-farm produce. I complained in an earlier review about customers bringing pet dogs into B'ton Farm Stop. The managers quickly remedied that situation, thank you. They have been very responsive to community needs.”
