The report is thorough and I got an opportunity to discuss the purchase with the owner and we reviewed the findings (or specifically lack there-of for this vehicle.)

“I called Firestone and spoke with Chad about getting my car in today for a brake inspection. He said he had a 1:00 appointment available. I brought it in. It needed brakes, tires and they checked my alignment. Found out I needed pads and rotors. Also iI was told that I need new tires because the tread was low and one of the tires was separating. I received exceptional service from the beginning of the phone call to when they handed my keys to tell me it was all finished. They were very thorough in telling me what I needed to have done.
