“This was my first time renting from this Hertz location. After I had picked up the rental, I noticed a small gash in the side of the tire. I promptly returned to Hertz and showed them the issue. I was immediately given another car with no hassle. I greatly appreciate the employee who made it a priority to get me into a car that was safe and met my needs. Thanks Hertz!!”

“When I rented due to my vehicle being in the shop for routine work and the rental key FOB had some issue, the manager (Alex) drove over within 5 minutes in his personal car and sorted things out. He got the swap to a working car done in a matter of minutes and was courteous and polite throughout. What's more, the staff at the location are competent and thoughtful. These are qualities that guarantee we will be preferring this location for all future business. Exemplary service and got me out of a stressful situation seamlessly. This is a well-run business with excellent employees and high standards. The manager is a man of his word, which is a rare quality these days.”

“This was a fairly easy rental. Their computers went down so some additional help was required. Disappointed that it was $15 per day to add my adult daughter so that didn’t happen. We had the car for 18 days. For 3 adults with 5 suitcases we had plenty of room in the Tuscan we were given. No complaints on the car and it was the best cost that I found in 5 months of searching. Clean car too.”
“After reading some pretty poor reviews before collecting our hire car, I was quite nervous about collection our car! I'm pleased to say that we received excellent service from the staff behind the counter, who despite us being 24hrs late to collect (due to a cancelled flight), dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I should mention that we collected our car the day after flying into Indy, at 8am, and so the desks were pretty quiet. It can be much busier in the evenings.
The car provided was excellent, very clean and pretty much brand new.”

“Reserved a car one day before needed. They called to let me know they would have something available later in the day. They ended up getting me something 4 hours early!
I had a 430 mile one way trip that ‘should not have been approved’ but they set me up! Could not recommend more!!!”
