“Troy is a phenomenal asset to the Sleep Number Store in Plainfield, Indiana. I visited the store to discuss our Internet provider issues that prevented movers from being able to set up our Sleep Number settings, or inflate at all. Troy provided detailed instructions with explanations of several scenarios and researched our purchase to be sure his instructions matched the specific features for our bed to function properly. Upon going home, his first suggestion worked perfectly and we had a good night's rest! He called to be sure we had no issues and that follow up, his knowledge, explanation about service call detail, if necessary, we good to know and it was as if we were a new instead of 6 year ago buyers that were exasperated. No longer, Troys friendly help, expertise and kind manner helped us so very much. While we are reasonably tech savvy, his specific instruction took immediate care of our needs. Troy is an exemplary person with rare technical, sales and problem solving skills. Thank you, again, Troy! You Rock!!”

“They had lots of furniture to choose from, And some great deals. My purchasing process was pleasant. They were currently remodeling the store, and there were lots of people coming. And going and it took a little longer than I wanted to get waited on.”
“Not sure if the re-model has anything to do with the change I've noticed in the products they carry. I was just let down the last couple of times I went here. The variety used to be better.”
“We went to flower pots and shower curtains and found them reasonably priced and the selection was amazing. They also had many decorative vases and rugs. The selection in bedding was good also. Clean large restrooms on the west wall near the front of store. Prices varied, but there were some decent prices. The selection was awesome!”
“This location goes above and beyond. Great customer service. Gabby was quick to offer a solution for me (out of stock online order cancelled) - she matched the online price and called multiple stores. She was able to find the item and had it brought to the store for me. I was impressed by just how much effort she gave in order to find something for me. Thank you Gabby!”

“I’m thoroughly impressed with the organization and quality of merchandise this location carries! It’s not a Ross unless the sensors are randomly going off lol but other than that, the store has some great gems.. take your time and dig through those racks! Trendy pieces as well as wardrobe basics for affordable prices! One of my favorite stores to find name brand items. The sale associates are sweet peas. Makes it an easier and fun experience.”
